What are Archived, Expired, and Export Links?

Archived Links:

Archived links is a feature that allows you to archive your desired links, which will be stored under the "archived links tab" that you will be able to access them later.

How to archive a link,

  • Select ( check ✓ ) your desired links and click on the  " Archive icon 💼 ".

Expired Links:

Expired Links is a feature that allows you to set any link with an expiration date, and after the due date, that particular link will be expired. However, you will be able to access them in the "expired links tab."


How to set up an expiration date for a link?

However, you can set up an expiration date for either the links you want to shorten or the already shortened links.


  • How to set up Link Expiration Date while Shortening:
    • Paste your link for shortening on the dashboard.
    • Click on the  Advanced Option.
    • Navigate to  Link Expiration.
    • Now set up your desired date.

  • How to set up Link Expiration Date for already shortened links:
    • Navigate the link you want to set up the expiration date.
    • After you have found your desired link, click on the  three dots " ⋯ ".
    • Then click on the  Edit
    • After that, navigate to the "link expiration" on the right sidebar.
    • Now set up your desired date.

Export Links:

This feature allows you to generate a list of URLs in CSV format and export it to your computer or device. It will also include some basic data such as clicks.
